In Most normal cases Shipping is automatically calculated via Australia Post integration in our website to anywhere in Australia or Internationaly. Calculations are based on weight and standard fees calculated from Australia Post API.

Most of our listings have free shipping with the exception of some bulky items which are delivered using a dedicated courier service.

A signature is required upon delivery, where nobody is available to sign for the parcel a notice will be left in the mailbox instructing the buyer to pick the item up from the nearest Australia Post outlet.

Insurance is available as an option at the buyers discretion for an additional charge, most items this charge is as low as $2.00

In most cases multiple items can be combined into 1 single delivery.

We do not offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items purchased since we are already offering free delivery on most items.
IN STORE PICKUP :

In some cases we are happy to arrange for buyers to pick up their item from one of our 9 Pet Stores located across Perth Western Australia however we do need to arrange this with each store as requested so correspondence is required if you desire this option.

If you prefer to pick an item up from one of our stores please add a note with your order providing your contact phone number and specify which store you wish to pickup your item from. We will then make arrangements for your order to be delivered to the store and the store will contact you once it is ready for collection.

FREE SHIPPING
While most smaller items have free shipping there are however some items which are exceptions due to their large or bulky nature.
BULKY ITEMS
Some items such as certain bulky items we may have established a pre arranged agrement with a manufacturer or a courier service to deliver direct for a set fee. These items will have a set shipping fee added rather than a calculated fee.
Some bulky items such as large aquriums and other heavy goods need to be negotiated with a courier service which we will do on your behalf however please be aware for very bulky items we may need to call you to provide an acurate shipping cost so please ensure that you do enter your best contact phone number.
For Gift Certificates which do not require delivery please select in-store pickup as the shipping option so that you are not charged additional shipping fee.
