A few weeks ago, I went into the store in search of dried fish treats for cats. Not a big purchase but still a sale! Dani the store manager confirmed that you had none in stock, but then offered to contact ALL your stores for me while I waited. Even though she was not able to locate any for me, she then offered to ask the sales reps when they come into the store and see if they know where I can get them. She took my details and said she would get back to me. Which she did today unfortunately without success. I have worked in sales for years and find that it is very rare to receive real service. Dani and her staff are outstanding. My father has recently acquired a new puppy and I had recommended that he go to Pet City Balcatta and he too, has been impressed at their knowledge and helpfulness. So I am not alone in wanting to praise your staff. Meanwhile, I will continue to see if I can find a substitute fish treat for my fussy feline and I will continue to recommend to my friends and family to go and see Dani and her staff at Balcatta.
