While many of our puppies are locally bred others also come from licenced breeders from around Australia.
Almost all eastern states bred puppies are microchipped and vet checked prior to ordering.
Upon arriving into the initial care of Pet City each puppy is given a complete vetinary examination by Pet City’s approved local vets where they will also receive required vaccinations and treatments for fleas and worms.
From there the puppies depart to selected Pet City Stores where the shop staff will take good care of them giving them a warm bath and some tucker so they can settle into the store environment ready to meet their potential new owners.

Most puppies we deal with are used to being fed a standard new puppy diet consisting of Advance Puppy Rehydratable Dog Food as their main staple food which Pet City continues and in the best interest of the puppies good health it is a condition of sale that each puppy does go home with a bag of the pet food which they are currently used to eating and when necesary any additional specialised food required that ensures that the puppy does maintain a consistant diet during these crucial early months of development.

All Pet City Puppies are provided with a 7 day Health Gaurantee so our customers can rest assured that they are purchasing a vet approved healthy and well supported puppy which Pet City staff will continue to support you with long after you have taken your new family member home.
