In the event of faulty products items, product gaurantee claims and warranty issues Pet City will endeavor to assist our customers with making  manufacture warranty claims and at the discretion of Pet City we may provide an exchange item or a credit note redeemable in Pet City Stores.
Cash Refunds are generaly not provided.
