For every $1 you spend in a Pet City store, you earn PetO Pals Points.  

500 PetO Pal Points = $10 

• You can earn points on all items you purchase in store (excluding gift cards & services)
• PetO Pal Points have an expiry of 3 months, provided you have shopped with us in the last 3 months, your PetO Pal Points will then have a 12-month expiry  
• You can use however many points in your account on a transaction – example: if you have 100 points ($2), you can use the 100 points in their transaction  

You can get cashback on purchasing participating brands. 

• Brand cashback will be 5% or 10% of the scanned price on participating brands. 

• Brand cashback is earned on the specific brand and can only be used on the specific brand.  

• Brand cashback expires in 3 months for participating food brands, 6 months participating flea tick and worming treatment brands.  

• Price match orders will not earn brand cashback on the transaction
